The agreement between you and MADASU Limited for using SubExit.
In effect from 26 August 2026
These terms are between you and MADASU Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16607990), of Office 13463, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom. "We" means MADASU Limited.
However you installed SubExit, your agreement is with MADASU Limited. On Google Play the app is published by MADASU Limited. On the App Store it is published through an individual Apple Developer account held by the company's director on behalf of MADASU Limited, so the publisher name shown there is a person rather than the company. The party responsible to you is the same either way.
Your app store also has its own terms with you, and handles payment, billing and refunds for anything you buy inside the app.
By using SubExit you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the app.
SubExit is a tool for keeping track of subscriptions you enter yourself and reminding you before they renew, so you can decide whether to keep, pause or cancel them.
It is a record-keeping and reminder app. It is not a bank, a payment service, a budgeting service, or a financial adviser.
It does not cancel anything for you. When you choose to exit a subscription, the app can open the provider's own cancellation page and record what you tell it you did. Actually cancelling is between you and that provider.
It does not give financial advice. The suggestions it makes after a review are a summary of your own answers, not a recommendation about your money.
It does not guarantee savings. Any figure it shows is arithmetic on the numbers you entered.
It cannot know what you were actually charged. Prices, dates and currencies are whatever you typed, and currency conversion uses published rates that will differ from your bank's.
Reminders are scheduled on your device and depend on your device. They can be missed if notifications are switched off, if the phone is off, if the operating system delays them, or if the renewal date you entered was wrong.
Please do not rely on SubExit as your only defence against an unwanted renewal. It is a helpful prompt, not a guarantee.
You are responsible for what you enter and for keeping your sign-in details safe.
The data you enter is yours. We claim no ownership of it and use it only to run the app for you.
Please do not use SubExit for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer it.
The free version lets you track a limited number of subscriptions and includes reminders and the review flow.
SubExit Pro unlocks unlimited subscriptions and the additional features listed on the upgrade screen.
Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Prices are whatever they show you at the time. Refunds are handled by them under their own policies, not by us. We have no ability to issue one.
If a subscription plan is offered, it renews automatically until cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
We may update, change or discontinue features. If a paid feature is removed, we will tell you.
The app is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be free of faults or always available.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for money you spend on a subscription you meant to cancel, for a reminder that did not arrive, or for a decision you made using the app.
Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law in your own country, and nothing here removes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
If you use SubExit as a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.
You can stop using SubExit at any time by deleting the app, and delete your account from Settings.
We may close an account that is being used to abuse the service.
